Corporate Strategy

DCCS understands that the essential framework for any project is the management structure (including personnel, organization and resources) that is in place before any work begins. To be successful in a changing environment, and to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, a company must have management systems that require discipline but allow for flexibility and change.

DCCS’ management systems, from task planning and program management, through contract management and final invoicing, are specifically designed to support and assist our clients in providing controlled technical support that is efficient and cost effective.

To that end, we have established a management strategy that: assures the successful organization and management of the requirements outlined in a project's statement of work (SOW); describes the resources available to perform the required services; describes how the available resources will be used in performance of the various tasks; and how DCCS will manage the work to a successful completion that is satisfactory to our clients' program management staff.

All contracts, regardless of type or size, are managed with the same level of discipline with respect to technical, reporting, quality control, and cost management. To ensure DCCS has the best trained and knowledgeable staff available to all of our clients, we use best practices for recruiting and retention. DCCS will team with subcontractors to supplement our excellent in-house staff as needed.
