Click here for DCCS' Organizational Contacts DCCS's organizational structure consists of the Technical Services Operation and the Information Management Sciences Operation.  The Technical Services operation and the Information Management Sciences operation are separate organizational entities which pursue business in their respective area.

These operations are independently directed by executive level managers who are totally responsible for their operation's technical and business activities.  The business area of each operation is structured around the technical expertise of the respective operation  manager.  This organizational structure provides for corporate level management involvement in all projects.

DCCS's corporate management philosophy states that all levels of management be capable of conducting the day-to-day technical operations for which they are responsible, thereby facilitating a high degree of quality assurance, performance awareness, and total commitment to client satisfaction.

While each operation is an independent entity, interactive sharing of support and expertise across the operation is encouraged.

One of DCCS's primary strengths is the ability to rapidly organized and assemble project teams appropriate to the requirements of a particular client.
